"Import Auto and Bobby continue to receive an excellent rating from me.
I arrived at Import Auto at 1PM on November 4, the time of my scheduled appointment. At that time, my automobile was immediately moved to the service area and I was provided with a loaner automobile. I was then assured that my automobile would be ready for pickup within three hours which is exactly what happened.
I have been driving my automobile with the new brakes and am very pleased with its performace.
