"I would like to say, having things explained to me so I could understand was a number one 100%.. I have dealt with other service centers and always felt that (being a woman) I had no right to ask questions that I felt necessary and get a understandable answer. I got questions answers that I understood, was quite satisfied with everything. Saw another woman come in while I was waiting and she seemed a little confused also and she got the same kind of service. I have already recommend a friend to your establishment."

"As always my latest appointment was excellent. The service was fast and the folks at the desk were pleasant and helpful. I keep coming back to Portland Auto because I never feel pressured or lied to. The folks there always stress prevention first but I never feel as if they're being dishonest about what my car needs. Very recently, the car seemed to be intermittently bucking, at low speeds. I thought it was the transmission, for sure.Turns out, it was a sensor problem, which was difficult to analyze, but they got it. They communicated with me, through the process, and I'm happy, as always, with their service."
