The repairs were completed exactly as quoted, truck runs better and the rust proofing job was very clean and thorough, no drips or streaks as I've had elsewhere. Why would I bother going anywhere else?"

"Had an unusual problem that caused the car to stop running| towed it to the shop. They troubleshot it all day long but it ran like a top when they had it. Since it was no longer broken, they couldn't fix it. Although they spent a long time with it, they didn't charge me anything for their attempt to diagnose the problem. I eventually figured it out myself--it was an obscure thing, the gas cap was missing! That caused a vacuum in the fuel tank and starved the fuel pump. Such a weird cause, it's no wonder they didn't think of it. I have no complaints and nothing but praise for them!"
