If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?
"these guys are the best in Ventura county or anywhere for that matter.They are the best in repairs and diagnostics. They are straight up with you and will work with you if you are having a tuff time elsewhere or in general. they are understanding and compassionate and caring and get the job done the FIRST time around!! I am a female and they will even show you the problem on your car and will suggest alternate ideas if u r trying to cut corners to save money until you can afford the repair. their prices are reasonable and they dont jak u around."

"The steering rack had to be replaced or repaired because of a heavy leak. I chose to have it rebuilt, to save a few bucks, and it appears they did a fine job. Drives better than it did before. While we had the front end apart, German Motors recommended replacing the motor mounts. I appreciated their recommendation and it did increase the bill by $450. but it was cheaper than replacing them later. I was consulted and kept informed the entire way. I will absolutely return when I need additonal service and believe I got great service for my money. I do recommend these guys when I am asked. Thank you!!"

"Well they came through once again but after I was a bit of an idiot. I changed my battery and it appears forgot to take a cap off the post even the AAA driver didn't see the cap when he took the cables off and refastened them. Lessons learned and thank goodness Motor Motion was there to figure out my oops problem or I would have been upset the rest of the day."
