"I usually don't do this...however, I was so impressed with the customer service at Frank's I just had to let them know that they are doing a great job in that area...which means alot to me. I went in for an oil change and they even washed my car off for me, placed a bottle water in my tray just to let me know that they appreciate my business. The gentleman that checked me out was so nice(sorry I can't remember his name)he went the extra mile and reset my gauge for my oil and even explained some things to me regarding my car that I didn't know. Great job!! Thank you all."

"The staff are friendly. I would tell them you honored your warranty on my alternator which I greatly appreciated. However the tech recommended I have my battery terminals cleaned and this is something I had paid for when I originally had the alternator replaced. I was told this work was not covered under the warranty. I was not told why."
