This week, I made my appointment online, dropped the car off, and less than an hour later got a call saying it was done. They even let me know that the brake light that needed fixing was something a dealer would fix for free (and gave me a referral of a dealer they knew who would do it). Highly recommend them."

The experiences I have had with Toyota dealership service depts do not give me that same feeling of confidence. I love that he tries to keep costs down & not do more than is necessary.
