My CLK500 had collapsed transmission mounts and broken engine mounts--that was the reason for the "shuddering" I felt (it was misdiagnosed at a different shop as a torque converter problem). But Quality Motors fixed the broken mounts and now it runs perfectly. The overall service was exceptional from diagnosis, to shuttle transport home and back, to the mechanical work done.
