"As usual, Craig's was professional, courteous and they got the job done. My only concern is that it took longer than I think reasonable to find the trouble resulting in a much larger labor fee than I feel is resonable. When I informed yall that the A/C had just been completely replaced a week before and the problem was electrical and related to the A/C, it seems to me that finding the short shouldn't have taken a real long time. A wire had been crimped causing the problem."
