"My 2001 Windstar had 206,000 miles on it and was hesitating on acceleration. It had never had a tune-up of any kind other than oil and air filters. So imagine a Ford product actually doing that! The 206,000 mile plugs and wires were replaced and a tune-up was performed. The car worked better but the hesitation on acceleration was still there and now the check engine light came on blinking. I brought the car back and after a substantial effort the coil was found to be defective. Once replaced the car seems to be running quite well with the best acceleration in some time. In fact I might actually get a ticket."

"I originally took my wife's car in for a suspected hot clutch smell and air conditioner that was not performing well. They checked it out and let us we know those systems were performing to spec--however they did notice the air filter was extremely dirty and the oil change was over due. MD has always taken extremely good care of us, from the time we call till they call us afterwards to insure we were happy with the service. We have recommended several freinds and now have all three of our vehicles serviced by MD."
