I am so glad I found Rick and Ray's Auto Plaza/ Repair. Conveniently located just 5 minutes from my job in downtown Fort Worth, I was able to drop off my car at lunch time and pick it up after work. Never have had a complaint nor any issue with the service. Protime is in the business to make a living for their company and employee's. I see it instilled in the employees and when I do get stuck in the waiting room.....only waiting for a ride from a friend dropping off my vehicle....everyone I encounter have the same feeling. I drive from south of interstate 294 to north of 294 to get that service when other companies are right down the street. Until I hear from other mechanic friends that the price I paid is out of line...and trust me they will tell me....I will continue to be loyal customer. Not worried about it though.
