"Excellent service started as soon as I walked in the front door. Samantha, the office manager, asked appropriate questions to define the problems with my car. During the day, she called to tell me what the specific repairs were and how much the repairs would cost. This allowed me to decide if I wanted the repairs. Before I left the shop, she presented me with a list of possible repairs. It's nice to deal with a shop that realizes that the customer is important. Thank you,"

"I needed an oil change. I called up and was told to bring it in and I could wait. I was in at 10:30am but didn't leave until 12:45pm. Apparently everybody was taking turns taking their lunches. Leonard was new at the front desk but was appologetic about not knowing everything and was very friendly. I would say it was a little long to wash the car. Other than that, all was well."

"It has been about a month since we had our cooling system repaired after an overheating incident. One day after the repair, anti freeze was leaking on our driveway so we called the repair shop. They asked us to bring the car back in and the leak was quickly repaired.
A month later we are quite happy with the repair performed the Ron's South East 1st Street shop."

"Finally, everything lights up and, conversely, everything goes dark when I start my car and look at the sensor lights. Great. One thing did spook me; as I was driving to my office yesterday, the fuel gauge wandered downward about 10 miles into my drive. It adjusted back to its mid-level setting, which would be accurate, and it has remained stable as I drove around and drove home yesterday. I hope this doesn't take a return to the shop to fix. I'll keep an eye on it. I like the fact that my car is usually the newest car in the shop."
