"I had a good experience, as is usual, with Ron's service department. I am giving my 1999 F 150 to my daughter who is moving to Anchorage. My brother, who lives up there told me the F150 was the way to go for the environment up there. Ron's got the truck in the next day after I called and made all the needed changes in fluids and gave it a clean bill of health. Thanks Guys"

"The customer service was outstanding! They arranged a same day appointment for me with ease. Were able to diagnose & fix my A/C problem and charged me well under their competitors prices. The staff drove me to a rental car company a few miles from the shop & offered to come with me to return the rental car since I couldn't drive the rental & my vehicle off the lot at the same time. (They also offered to drive me home if I didn't need/want a rental car) We used MA Automotive off the referral of a friend & we will continue to use them while living in San Antonio. One of the most painless mechanic experiences I have ever had & the first time I have ever felt a mechanic was being completely honest with the repair estimates & not trying to just get a bunch of money out of me. I can not emphasize enough how highly I would recommend this business for any automotive needs."
