"I brought my Highlander in to you because Toyota told me the brakes should be replaced and Rotors needed to be retooled. You checked it out and let me know that it's safe to drive- lots of brake pad left, and that you would wait to do anything. Also, you mentioned when we do replace the rotors to go with a heavier duty rotor to hopefully alleviate the problems I've had. Thanks for an honest evaluation!! You guys are GREAT!!!"
