If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?
"I almost always do the repair work recommended by Ron's. I made an appointment for an oil change and was told that I also needed the rear struts replaced. I feel that they tell me when I actually need something replaced rather than replacing something that still has some life to it. I have never had any problem with the oil changes or repairs that Ron's has made to any of my vehicles."

"Grassland Car Care did a fine job of quickly putting our car window up (the electric window had become stuck in the fully down position with a rain storm possible)when my college-age son dropped by for help. They could not get the needed part that afternoon, but quickly took care of the full repair the next day when my son dropped by after school & waited. "I had an ignition switch replaced and it had a one year warranty. After about 5 months the key wouldn't turn without a lot of effort. I took it back to Heritage and they replaced it at no charge and had 2 new keys made as well (these require a chip and cost about $25 each) The service was excellent and Tony was very helpful. "Honest-1 Auto Care is by far the best auto service I have found in Phoenix. No question about it. They are respectful, honest and efficient. My truck wouldn't start shortly after I replaced the battery. Man was I pissed. New battery and less than a week later, it won't start. I took my truck to Honest-1 and explained the situation to them. They agreed to look at it. If it wasn't something simple, they would call and discuss a cost for the repair. If it was more complicated, they might have to run an electrical diagnosis which would cost $95. They inspected everything, ran multiple electrical sink tests, inspected the battery and ran a full diagnosis. After all that (about 3 hours), they couldn't find anything wrong, and they suspected the problem was.....me. While it is embarrassing to admit it, Honest-1 was correct. There was nothing wrong with my truck. It has been two weeks and it runs just fine. What did it cost me for three hours of inspection and a full electrical diagnosis? $0. Most repair shops would have told me I needed a new starter or alternator. Not only did they not try to sell me something that I didn't need, they didn't charge for the inspection. I am still amazed. If you don't think it is possible to find an honest and fair auto repair shop, you need to check out Honest-1. They are the only auto repair/maintenance shop I will use in the future"

"The team at Frank's European service did an excellent job on my 2008 Jetta. I was shopping around for a 60k service, replace a few light bulbs, and my horn wasn't working. They gave me a quote up front and came in less expensive than other credible competitors. I dropped off the car, they had the service done in a day. I picked up fully washed with ice cold bottle of water in the car. Excellent service! I will be going back."
