If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?
"As usual, the service was friendly and prompt. The workmanship was good but the final invoice was somewhat higher than original quote. Irritating end to an otherwise flawless performance. Will return in the future but will make sure there is clear understanding of charges."

"I recently had a flat tire (blowout) on my BMW M3 and unfortunately there is no spare tire. Martinos came to my office, took the wheel off and took it back to the shop to mount a new one. Then it was back to the office to put it on the car. They still had to get the car back to the shop to mount the other side. If it weren't for Martinos, I may have had to pay for a tow to their shop. The guys at Martinos, will always have my business and I will ALWAYS recommend them to my friends and family. Great people that will go above and beyond for their customers."

Our daughters car engine was ready to blow up and Mark told us it wasn't worth repairing who does that? if we had taken it to the dealership I know it would of been thousands of dollars later and her transmission was next to go,
