"I brought my car to Dennis Auto Repair to get new tires and the brakes looked at. Since I was flying out of Fresno that afternoon Dennis dropped me off at the airport. While I was gone they had a look and let me know via email (which I prefer) what it needed. I negotiated with them over the phone and we cam to a great agreement on the price. When I returned my car was good as new AND they even parked it at the airport for me since I returned after hours. I have never before had such excellent service. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely keep coming back."

"I had some major repair work done (Head Gasket and Valves) two weeks ago. On my way home, the check engine light came on. My friend's ""code checker"" said that Cylinder #4 was misfiring. I waited a few days to see if maybe it would work itself out (followed LG Auto's suggestion to try Premium gasoline to clean it out a bit first) and finally had to bring it back in. To drop off or pick up my car with my family of 4 is quite a hassle and I wanted to make as few trips as possible. They found the source of the mis-fire (a crack in the line unrelated to their previous work) and fixed it for FREE. The car is a 2004 Buick with a LOT of miles on it, so no doubt it's got quite a few worn out parts. They drove it around some and decided to switch out the ignition lines, too, for FREE. Then, on the day I was to pick it up, they offered to bring it to my place of work so I wouldn't have to go get the keys from them first before dragging my family out again. They had to take 2 guys out of their garage to bring me my car (time = money) and when they arrived, it was the owner himself who stepped out to give me my keys. When I thanked him, he smiled and simply said, ""It's just customer service."""

"I came in from a Trail Ride from Elgin TX on the 28 of August only to have my F250 engine to cut off and not re-start at the Craig's Car Care facility. Since I tried several time to get my truct started I had to leave my truck. I called early Monday morning talked with Shawn, and David and without overdue they start to find out what I needed to get my F250 repaired. After several phone call daily Shawn and David were to network and get my F250 parts and get me back on the road.
Thanks Craig's Care Care Team you help me when I needed you. You are great! Also, my repairs was reasonable.
