"Integrity is what you do when nobody is watching. I Took my MPV in for what was supposed to be a multi-hour alternator replacement to the tune of almost $700. Thanks to thorough testing prior to just diving in and replacing the part, I walked out with a new battery (under warranty) and only a $28 bill. I've been to shops before that would have done the big ticket job because it had already been authorized. Instead, Heritage lost money on me today. They couldn't have hardly covered the testing time for what I was charged. They have, however, re-assured and already convinced customer of why I will always keep coming back. Integrity matters.
