If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?

"Al and Ryan are easy to talk with. They always listen to my concerns about my car and then follow up with complete explanations about the work that is recommended before and after the work is completed.The customer service is excellent and the customer drop off / pick up is really nice extra. I seldom have had much of a wait, but the customer care area is pleasant and a cup of coffee is always offered.The rewards program is good and the treat left in the car after each visit is a nice touch."
