"I was very happy with the work and it's a fair price. On another note, in the recent past, it appears there was a push to "up-sell", where the guys on the counter would ask about other services that were due. This would be uncomfortable since I would prefer to go home and think about it in conjunction with my current financials. Lately, it seems you have backed off. I still like having the info, but would prefer it be typed out on the printout so I have it for my records and can decide when or if to have it done."

"A big waste of time and money.Left car at 8AM gave instructions to Adam to contact husband for information as to what car needed. By 1PM NO one had contacted me or husband.The staff finally got car in for analysis after my husband called Franks in afternoon.Had to leave car @ Franks for weekend because by 5:30PM they were closing and no one still had any answers on car because Adam had dropped the ball @ 8AM. Paid $165 for a estimate and was without a car for 4 days."

"I'll start by saying I have used Franks for a long time and always have had a good experience when dealing with them. I do NOT use the Mercedes repair shop anymore where I bought my 4 Mercedes. Those places are over priced and I keep going back to Franks. I really appreciate that they pick me up or offer a rental car when needed. Adam is very on top of things. If they do rarely miss something Adam makes sure they get it right BEFORE you drive off the lot. For the most part, the prices are fair, the people who work there are always nice which tells me they like working there, ....happy workers, happy customers, = good work. Over I give them a A+'once again. Just keep those prices down guys! Thanks!"

"Great place to get inspection as it is SO convenient for me. Excellent communication regarding work needed versus work suggested. They also really fix the issue rather than taking shortcuts - sometimes meaning you will pay a bit more but you know what was done was done properly."

They also really fix the issue rather than taking shortcuts - sometimes meaning you will pay a bit more but you know what was done was done properly.Some of their repair prices are just too high however even factoring in the convenience factor. Over $100 difference between them and another repair shop for replacing O2 sensor. This could certainly have been an error in their calculations as most other repairs there have been no more than 10% higher then the mega shops but they were absolutely fine with me choosing to take the vehicle elsewhere for that particular repair. Overall a very pleasant experience and great people to work with. Veraccommodatingng and I highly recommend them especially for those east of Lesner along the Shore Drive corridor."

"As a customer for many years I would be sad to leave. They admit fault when repairs are questionable (very rare) and have gone out of their way to replace a warranteed part which, as we all know, seems to fail right after the warrantee was up."
