"I've been reading reviews on Yelp for several years and figured it's about time I start adding my reviews. We have been going to Honest 1 since June 2011 and could not be happier with their service. This is the first auto-repair shop which I have never wondered if I actually needed a recommended service. I truly believe they live up to their name of being Honest. They provide transportation if you need a ride while your vehicle is being worked on or they have a very nice waiting room with comfortable chairs, television and Wi-Fi. I had an 8:00 AM appointment this morning for a preventive maintenance issue and was in and out within a half hour. So, I agree with all the other reviewers who say this is the only place to have any maintenance or repairs done on our vehicles."

"I was extremely satisfied. Staff helped me understand what needed to be done, what my options were, and what it would cost. They could tell I was anxious about possibilty needing to replace engine. After they completed diagnostic work, they found some minor problems and fixed them at a very reasonable price. I am going to take all my vehicles there for rountine service as well as repairs."

"We just moved into the area and received a gift certificate for a free oil change. Not just a coupon, but a certificate that paid for the entire service. Even at their original prices, their oil changes are much cheaper than Jiffy Lube. I was very impressed with their service and friendliness. I will no longer be going anywhere else to get my car serviced. Loved this place!"
