If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?

"I went to Ron's for an oil and filter change, and the work was don't quickly and efficiently. Their shop is close to my house which is good, and they didn't try to sell me a bunch of services/parts I didn't need which is better. It's hard to find automotive shops that are honest, and who do good work. At Ron's they do both. I will definitely use them for all my automotive needs in the future."

"It was fine, based on a very limited experience. I could have done the work myself, but considering what I would have paid for the part elsewhere, installation was quite inexpensive, and since there was a comfortable waiting room with internet connection supplied, It was a no-brainer decision.
