"They get an A+++ in my book. I brought in a 2006, Volkswagon Jetta sedan for as it turns out was a very complicated issue. Steve and Jason, communicated exceptionally well the problems that arose from first- used parts that couldn't talk to the electrical panel (2x), then the final module that would communicate. They put in three times the amount of labor that they charged us. In addition, they fixed the radio. Again, that was no easy task. The radio had to be pulled out of the dashboard in order to read the #'s on the back and they had to wait on the phone to Volkswagon in order to get the code. I guess the code is required to communicate with the radio. Steve and Jason and the rest of his team were professional, and never gave up till the car was fixed. I appreciate them very much and will continue to use them as my only mechanic."
