"Customer Service (i.e politeness, thoroughness) is the company's only redeeming quality. I find that your reps push excessive repair recommendations and inflate your work-time estimates at the expense of (unseemingly) naive customers. For example, your reps pushed a fairly common brake repair job for about $1000 more than one can normally expect. Coupled with a few other minor problems, your total estimate for routine repairs (lights, latches, etc.) to meet inspection standards exceeded the value of the car. Your strict adherence to your book hours for repair estimates - and not trying to find innovative solutions - tells me your are more concerned with finding hours to tack on the bill than helping your customers get a reasonable price. I confirmed this with another customer who had a similar experience, and cross-checked with other mechanics. As pleasant as your reps are, I will not be returning to your shop, nor will I be recommending you to others."
