"My wife and I had just arrived into downtown Ft Worth from Tulsa on a Friday afternoon with a shot wheel bearing. Being a Mitsubishi vehicle and 4pm on Friday, I was concerned it couldn't be fixed before we needed to leave on Sunday morning. Rick and Ray's took me right in, found a part, drove me to my hotel, and had our SUV fixed and ready to pick up at noon the next day. Their entire staff was very polite, helpful and friendly in their professional service, and saved what could have been an extended and much more expensive stay in Ft Worth. I would highly recommend them for auto repair and only wish they were located in Tulsa. Thank you!"

"I am very pleased in general with AWS. They are great people and are very good communicators which makes dealing with them easy. I am a bit frustrated with the fact that the trouble light we brought the car for is still lit after two visits and 400 plus dollars spent. Having to bring the car back a third time is definately a bummer. Overall though I think they are doing a good job though and I understand that sometimes you have to solve more than one problem before something is fixed properly. Still AWS has been the very best experience I have had with a auto repair shop..."

"I love the guys that work at the front desk, especially Mike and Andre.... Always real professional and helpful. However, I had to go back because apparently a faulty oil filter was put in. They replaced it with another one Saturday morning. I also let Mike know that the last two times they have washed my car, they always leave lots of sand in my car? Not sure how it gets in my car? Great Coffee in the lobby...."

"I am totally pleased with the excellent service provided by Heritage Auto Repair. Rex and the team extended their help and services beyond what was expected. The work was accomplished in a timely manner, satisfactory to my expectations, and I was more than impressed with their hospitality and honesty. Rex also "extended" his services by dismounting my wheels and tires and delivering them to Commercial Tire to have new tires put on the wheels. He (they) went beyond the normal customer service one would expect at an auto repair shop!!! I will definitely refer my family and friends to Heritage for their auto repairs/work, AND I will definitely be a life time customer in the years to come. Rather than push you to get something fixed that may not be necessary, the staff will explain the problem and give you a true sense of whether the issue is urgent or whether you can get by without it. --Frank's points program is a nice bonus, too.
