"I find that (1) the repair (replacing crankcase solenoid) was justified, (2) that Grassland was one of the few repair shops that could do it; and, (3) that they did it well at a reasonable price ($67l9.00 total which included other services). I searched the internet for what needed to be repaired and what to expect in pricing before contacting Grassland. Grassland's pricing was consistent and acceptable."

"I left my Infinity in for service and pretty much gave them a blank check to fix what needed to be done. They ran all the diagnositcs, checked fluid levels, tires etc. and all I got was a lube oil and filter service and a washed vehicle."

"We've a 'family' of three cars that are regularly serviced by Jason and team in a comprehensive preventive maintenance program. Jason's built up our confidence in spite of the middle-aged nature of our cars. We sally forth, often covering great distances, with confidence! Jason's team is conscientious in performing major repairs. A critical car part was accidentally broken once during a major service. This was promptly reported and a rental car was offered for the extended wait. I call that exemplary! I hope that Jason sustains his high standards as he grows his business."

"It was my first time there. I thought my brakes were going bad (75000 miles since last brake job). They checked everything out and determined the brakes were fine. "Recently brought my car to Jimmy's in an attempt to locate and fix a problem that allowed rain water to leak into the dash and floorboard area of my 15 year old automobile. They traced the problem to a gasket that had deteriorated, but was no longer manufactured by GM due to the age of the car. The techs at Jimmy's were finally able to locate the discontinued part on the internet and after a period of time waiting for the part to arrive, repaired the problem. My car is back on the road ! "I brought my 2001 CL500 for repairs to the ABC system and brake maintenance. Both systems can be costly to service and I feared the worst. I also asked them to do an oil change and general inspection because the vehicle is so old. My contact at Frank's was Leonard Aguilar. The car was inspected promptly and Leonard called me with the estimate. The price was reasonable for what needed to be done. I am confident that the suggested repairs were necessary. The work was then completed in one day and Leonard called me when the car was ready for pickup. They guarantee the work for three years, wash the car and place a fresh bottle of water inside. Leonard was extremely pleasant and accommodating. This place is as good as it gets!"

"At the beginning of contact I was pleased with the kindness and concern Robert had, however after the diagnosis, I felt oversold and was recommended one service that was bogus so when I declined some unnecessary services-I was given a guilt trip. I was also annoyed when I asked for my part back upon picking up my car I was told it was supposed to be requested at time service was agreed to. HUH?! It's the law and if I asked for it back early there could be time to tamper with it. For a first time customer that doesn't have a relationship with you, you do what they ask without making condescending comments to your customer."
