"Rick and Rays is wonderful!! I went there for the first time earlier this January. After having lived in DFW for over 3 years and having gone to 2 other auto places to get my car fixed, I can honestly say I wish I had known about this place earlier. 1) I was given a loaner car free of charge while my car was being fixed in the shop (it was a 2002 Audi in better condition than even my own car! And I used it for 2 weeks while my car was being repaired, only having to pay for gas. You don't get this kind of customer satisfaction everywhere!) 2) When I first got there, I was given a ride to a nearby coffee shop by Rick himself while my car got fixed. 3) The job ended up taking longer than expected and costing more than expected; however, on the phone with several employees I was often told "we just want you to go home with the job fixed and for you to be happy with the bill." This was so true. I'm a student with not a lot of money and even though the parts to fix my car (mercedes benz with expensive parts...) cost Rick and Ray's a lot, they did only charge me for what I was willing to and could pay. I was updated about the progress of the job frequently and just felt that they were extremely understanding and polite, especially Jamey and Sergio! 4) I often would go in straight from work (I work at a hospital) so I was in scrubs. I liked that the employees seemed interested in my life outside of my car being fixed - they treated me like a real person, instead of just a person with a car that needed repair. We would talk about the hospital life and becoming a doctor - they even called me "doc" :). I will definitely be going back again if my car needs service. Highly recommend it. Very nice people. "For a diagnosis very reasonably priced. However I felt over priced for the work needed to be done.Price for part is $50 but total bill is $400 I guess its for the labor. Also, front desk girl very nice good customer service. Was told I'd get a call around 12pm for an update never got a call. I had to call at 2pm to see what's going on. Lady on phone kinda rude, could tell it wasn't the front desk girl. Would I come back? Meh...im kinda unsure about this place."

"My transmission failed right before Christmas. They were prompt in assessing my needs and clearly defined my options. The quality of their work appears to be superior. Communication was well maintained, even over the holidays. They were gracious and honest. My only complaint is that they don't have a shop closer to where I live.
