So it was a two hour ordeal for something that should've only been an hour as I was quoted. And as I appreciate the complimentary car wash, she wanted to just go. "When I called for a estimate for the work I needed done, Debbie was very helpful, taking all our information and called back within 30 mins. She also suggested other work that may need to be done, that went along with the tune up we were getting and gave us a price for it also. We very much appreciated the time and consideration shown to us. When I took the car in, the tech even drove me back home, so my wife wouldn't have to get our grandson up and out so early. The work was completed in one day, and the price was one third of what the dealership wanted to charge for the same work....we were very satisfied and will continue to use Susquehanna Auto Clinic. We were referred to them by a friend who uses them."

"my car was in the shop for a week and they found multiple things wrong with it When I picked up this car it ran rough and I was told when I said it did not run that way prior to the shop "iT wasn't running" No it had not been running for a week due to a dead battery which this place sold me -they honored the warranty but a week is not a long time tor not running - we had charged the battery and took it for a drive came home and it died again but the issue is that after being in the shop that long paying over a thousand dollars and it to run rough like that demonstrated that no one tested the car running after the work They would have felt that and said something"
