"Appreciated the courtesy and business-like atmosphere. This is the second time I have had some work done and all seems to be running well. When I first picked it up, the engine did stop in an idle situation a couple of times, but I have had no problems since. A good job as far as I know."

I took my Mini in for an oil leak, and Gary was not only charming, but persevered to find out the details of my warranty coverage (through multiple phone calls and reviewing paperwork) - and then told me it would be silly for me not to go get the work done at the dealer. German Auto Sport has won my heart and my business. Any work not covered by the warranty will be done by these fine people."

"Fast, friendly response to questions and service needs. Quoted work for 90k service at one price and when they had finished, the total cost was half the estimate because some of the work quoted did not need to be done. I doubt the dealer would have cut me that kind of slack."

"All I can say is that I'm blown away. Note: this review has nothing to do with the quality of mechanic work here...this is because I haven't even actually taken my car in yet. But I shall soon. So far I have only interacted with PV garage to discuss my car and work on setting up appointments. I've had a couple of interactions and I have been so dang impressed that I was compelled to write a review. The communication is great, the service is fantastic, I was able to email some info to Tom in advance to help him give me accurate advice. He emailed back promptly that he'd received my info. I was delighted. And THEN I got a second great email with their online community page where you can request an appointment, input and update info about your vehicle, and see everything you would need to know right there! How fantastic! I've never had so much fun doing car maintenance."

"Brachs is the BEST! I've had my cars serviced solely at Brachs for over 20 years, and throughout that time Tom and Gary have been consistently fair, honest and dependable. About twice a year I take the car in for general service/maintenance, especially before taking a long road trip. If no work is necessary, they let me know and send me on my way at NO charge. If repairs/adjustments are necessary, they get the work done promptly at a fair price. My family entrusts its vehicles to no one else - not even the car dealerships where we made the purchases! Can't ask for more."
