"They provide excellent service. I had a complimentary oil change with a car purchase from a dealership. So, the dealership referred me to LBR Auto Repair. I called them after 5pm to schedule an apt to change oil in my 2005 Mercedes Benz. They must have been closed, so I left a voice mail. The next morning around 8 am, they (Harry) promptly returned my call to schedule an appointment. I was pleased with such quick and accomodating response! It was matter of few minutes and the appointment was successfully scheduled. I had to drop off my car before they open, so I left some notes regarding the service. Around 9am Harry called me to confirm that he has the key to my car and courteously addressed the notes I left. I was pleased again! I told him I'd pick up my car at 5pm. Since the traffic was bad, I was running 5 min late, but Harry again was SUPER NICE and called me at 5 to let me know that my car was ready for pick up. Here I come at 5:05 pm and see my car serviced, WASHED and shiny! I was pleased once again! Finally, I got to meet Harry: he is such a nice gentleman! He told me the services they had done to my car and gave me some recomendations for the future. Remeber, this was a complimentary service and I paid nothing , yet Harry provided TERRIFIC customer service! Overall it has been GREAT experience! I am defenitly their customer and will come back! Thank you Harry - it has been pleasure to do business with you!"

"My alternator seized the night before causing the serpentine belt to "self destruct" when I fired up the truck the night before. So I dropped off the truck in the AM. DA managed to squeeze me in, get the parts and repair it all so I could get it back the same day at the end of the business day."

"They promised to repair my truck for a certain amount and were very forthright making corrections prior to billing me. The final cost was $150 below the quoted repair. WAHOOOOOOO......a business that promises low but delivers high :) Nice surprise, rather than the other way around. Good job Heritage!!!"
