"The Crew at Godfrey auto were very helpful, and were able to squeeze me in without an appointment. I brought the car in for an oil change and tire rotation, and they were able to repair a broken flange on my exhaust. This saved me hundreds of dollars over replacement of the exhaust system at the dealer, and now the car is as quiet as it was when new! Quick turnaround, reasonable prices, friendly people, and reminders and recommendations of service due. I am very happy with Godfrey Auto!"

"I would tell them that you have a few craftsmen that are worthy and also a few that do not care about the end results nor the quality of their performance. Your business is charging customers on a competitive basis with big Dealerships, hence it would be wise to start expecting your craftsperson to earn the qualities that they are getting paid for. I have spent a big amount of money and time at your business because of Mr. Frank Constancio. I believe in him and his business ethics. I have had unpleasant conversations with another "In Charge" person at the front office which is why I always prefer to do business with Frank. I am retired Industrial Engineer. I am well informed on how a production business should honor their "Safety", "Production", "Quality" and "Schedule" in order to survive in the competitive world. You provide warranties, however I have taken back discrepancies for which you have already been compensated for and your scheduling Mgr. and or craftsman have refused to work on it and correct it in an timely manner. They have neglected to notify me of any reasons for delays. I have had to physically travel to your POB for follow-ups. As I stated before, I have spent a large amount of money at your POB, not only with my Pontiac Trans Am, but also with previous vehicles which your business serviced. I am committed to you because of your warranties on the work done and can continue my patronage if I see improvement on your part, beneficial to my needs. I am hoping that my future dealings with you are kept on a professional basis for us all."
