"I would recommend Joe's. I think they run an honest business and back the work they do. When we recently bought an older (2000) Jeep Wrangler, we took it to Joe's for a condition assessment. My first surprise was that Joe's charged less than what was quoted to me over the phone. Following the assessment, they had a few recommendations for repair, which we had them take care of. When, a few days later, we seemed to have some new problems, we returned the jeep to Joe's. They discovered they had used the wrong transmission fluid, admitted it, and replaced it with the proper fluid for no charge. Problems solved. I appreciated that they took ownership of the error quickly and without question."

"I was out and about doing some things when I was at Rite Aid my car wouldnt start so I got a jump from a friend of mine it was about 3pm..I drove right over to Portland Automotive and spoke to Mike Turner told him my car had died and got a jump to get here knowing he was soooo busy he took the time out for me got my car in...It wind up being a ""dead battery"" I was there for about an hour but I was in no hurry .
