Every time I had to visit the shop I was given the time needed to talk through the issues with my car and turn around on service was "industry standard" at worst, so certainly no complaint there. Chris and his guys usually went beyond the call of duty to help solve my problems and I always left the shop satisfied. Chris is a great guy who has done a wonderful job of putting together a quality shop with fair pricing and honest service. If you have a BMW or Mini of any age--and especially if the Bimmer is a "classic" like mine was--you owe it to yourself to visit German Auto Sport."
