"5 star rating !!! I was so impressed with the professionalism, from the front desk at check in, to the work done on my car and also, the patience the staff had with my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend Ron's Automotive to everyone. A Top notch operation. My kudos go to the management style; in their approach customer service. Excellent in explaining to the customer why the work is needed, how it affects my car and what service items can be done in the future. I did not feel obligated or was forced with scare tactics, like: "fear of damage to my car" to have repairs done., as I have had with dealership service centers. It's certainly difficult to find a repair shop that is honest in their recommendation of work needed. Most of us are on a budget and Ron's does take that into consideration with their "recommendation" of service and the pricing of repairs. Thanks you. "I've been abused by BMW service repair shops all over the country. Either competent service with exorbitant prices or vice versa, and often enough both incompetence and exorbitant prices. German Auto is the first BMW service shop that has provided me excellent service with reasonable cost. Prior to my first visit to German Auto the mechanic on the phone instructed me on how to repair a pneumatic suspension issue without needing to bring it in, although I had never serviced my car with German Auto before. They treated me from my first moment like I was one of their lifelong cherished customers. These guys live, breath and share all things BMW and are just as happy to tell you what is happening with your vehicle as take your money. They convinced me to hang on to my 2001 525 and keep it in service. The folks at German Auto represent a new age in car service... providing a high value proposition, breeding a culture of interest and treating customers with respect. I'd like to take their special formula and take it public."
