"It might seem a little crazy to buy an old beater Ford Focus and then take it on a 500 mile road trip, but that's what we did after the guys at Heritage fixed our new (to us) $1000 car. Their initial vehicle inspection (prior to purchase, which I highly recommend) gave us a clear picture of what the car needed, and the estimate they provided helped us negotiate a great deal with the seller. The estimate turned out to include a little more work than the car actually needed once work began, and the guys at Heritage called and let me know they didn't need to do half the work they'd scheduled. Will YOUR shop do that?! Since we had budgeted for quite a bit more than we needed, we were able to frontload a little more maintenance we were going to delay, like a transmission service and a full brake system bleed down. As a result the car drove better than it deserved, especially at 15 years old and with 150,000 miles on it. We took our trip without incident, and Heritage even called and left us a message to make sure the car was performing well for us. When your shop has a reputation like this, and when they do these kinds of things, you tend to trust what they do a little more. The four- and five-star reviews you're reading are real. You can trust Heritage."

"As a female, I am so pleased to have found an honest car repair shop! Sesquehanna Auto is so fantastic! They have always given me honest information about my car, fair options for repair, and parts and services at a reasonable price. When I take my car in to be fixed, SA just addresses the problem I am having with it. They don't try to find other things wrong with it just to get more money out of me like many other repair shops I have dealt with. I was kept informed about what was going on with my car the entire time SA had possession of it, and I was also given a clear explanation of my options so I could decide how I wanted them to proceed. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a very informative description of everything that was done to my car on the paperwork I received when I picked the car up. Everything I had discussed with SA on the phone was listed in detail, and I could clearly see what I was charged for, and how much it cost. Finally, the employees at SA are very kind and personable and always express gratitude for my business. I recommend Sesquehanna Auto to anyone who will listen, and I will continue to take my vehicle there for all of my auto repair needs."

"Portland Automotive fixed my flat tire. They were incredibility polite honest and quick! They fixed only what was necessary and gave me predictions for when other repairs may be coming up in the future. For instance the mechanic told me that my breaks have another six months or so. They also send you texts or emails reminding your when your next oil change or predicting when a repair may be needed."
