"So many friends from my church referred Heritage Auto Repair to me when I moved here and they have all been long-time customers and now from personal experience I know why! I am now also a devoted customer who will be long term because of the awesome experiences I have had every time I've taken my car to them! As soon as I called, I was feeling so comfortable as we talked through what was going on with my car and the process they would go through for the ultimate outcome. They have been so patient and helpful with all my questions and educating me in a way I could understand. They give me options and the estimated quote up front and kept me informed at all times. When I needed a ride, they provided me with very friendly drivers and they were all very happy with where they were working and all were all long-time employees which I think says a lot. One time the owner shuttled me home and he talked about how he based his company from the start on integrity and how he is blessed with a great team around him! Even the waiting room was so clean and inviting with all the amenities to make us comfortable and even the children had a cute little area there! I was given a detailed report of everything that was done for my records and all of this was followed up with a courtesy call to find out how everything was going and how I felt about their service! If you're looking for an honest, trustworthy, caring, efficient, fair, clean auto repair place that is based on integrity, this is definitely the place! They will make you feel like family! By the way, they also give back to the community through their programs for single moms and veterans!
