"Being new to the area I looked around the net and saw that there was a auto shop near my home and I was having electrical problems with my 1994 Jeep GCLE. I went down and talked to the office man (who turned out to be Caleb) and was set up with an appointment. I dropped the car off a couple of days later and they fixed the problem and were quick to give me an estimate. They came in under the estimate and the car is back on the road. I plan to keep up my service with them as it is local and supports the neighbor hood I live in now. I would recommend them to my friends and to anyone who is reading this and needs service. I am 72 years old I know how hard it is to find good reliable auto repair shops. And as a plus you can walk a few blocks up N Ventura Ave and get a good old fashioned Hamburger or other snacks at Bear Bites, they are good too."

"Brought my father's oldie but goodie 88 chevy celebrity in because it kept cutting out. Platt;s team knew in 10 minutes the problem was a fuel problem. They did some testing and quickly found out 2 injectors out of 6 were shorted. They ordered the correct injectors installed all new injectors and the car purred perfectly. Very happy they diagnosed it quickly. Car was fixed in no time. Thrilled we can at least keep the car a few more years. Thank's Ed and the team at Platt's."

"I really did a number on my clutch master and slave cylinders in my 1990 Nissan 300zx while having some fun in the rain. Efrain and Bob took care of my car in a timely and professional manner, and charged me fair prices for the parts, which aren't necessarily rest to come by on a twenty four year old car. "We are very pleased with the speedy service of TQAC. Our alternator went out on a Saturday. We took it in Monday morning and, though they were busy, they quickly diagnosed the problem, have us an estimate to fix it and estimated a time for completion. Our car was finished before the estimated time. We had brought it in at 8 and it was done by 11. They were friendly and clearly communicated the process."
