"When I arrived for my appointment, they were ready for me - minimal paper work to complete and a good explanation of what to expect and what it would cost - We had a clear understanding of when I would get a 'progress report' about that status of my car; I received an update a bit ahead of schedule. There was a 'loaner' car ready for me, and my car was ready, when promised, with no 'surprise costs' added to my bill. In addition, they always do something 'extra' - some little thing that I have discovered but is not 'on the list' for that particular service (mine was 90,000 miles) There is no charge for the little 'extra' service. Thank you AWS, Larry and Caleb, and all your team - Thank you too, for your VERY generous support for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Ventura -you are a true example of 'giving back' in our community -"

"I'm a female college student so I am always going and don't like to be without my car. The people at Campbell's always get my car done when they say they will, and they are super friendly to me. They explain any repairs to me so I understand what's happening with my car. They have free wifi so I can work on my homework assignments on my laptop while I'm waiting. Love them!"

"Hi, Jim installed a rebuilt transmission in my auto. I drove it little. A few weeks later I made a 300 mile round trip to Eaton Colo. The transmission developed a leak in a line. I addled tranny fluid and made it home. I called Jim, no argument at all. He analyzed the situation and determined that it did not matter "why the car failed". He replaced the transmission, no charge. How very pleasant to deal with local small town folks with real intregrety! Don"

"Our daughter knocked off the passenger side window on our Mazda. The dealer said it would be $200 to replace. We also needed two replacement headlights that the dealer said would be $90 each. Tracy offered to search for a used mirror which she did. We were expecting a $400 bill based on the dealer's estimate. We were thrilled to have a bill less than $200. Every experience at First Landing has always been professional and with reasonable costs. We are life long customers."
