"I took my son's truck into Chase because the rear door on the passenger side would not lock or unlock with the power button. At first, Chase thought it was the actuator and had to order a new one from the dealer. The total cost of the repair was going to be $260. When they installed the new actuator and it did not work consistently, they checked again and found a faulty wire. They repaired the wire and reinstalled the "old" actuator and everything is working great. Then the bill was reduced to $130. I really appreciate their honesty. A lot of repair shops would have just kept the new actuator in and charged for the original price of $260. Thanks Chase Automotive Repair."

"Another fine job gentlemen. I have waited on purpose, for over a month to write this review. My car is a 2002 Mercedes SL500 with over 115,000 miles on it. in other words it's old. it still looks pretty good but mechanically it has it's problems. Sunroof, windows and lights just to name a few. No problem ! Frank's European Service hooked me up and now my (OLD) car is running like new. Just to make sure, I drove my car to L.A. averaging 120mph all the way. Sunroof down, tanning my bald head and enjoying my ride. Lol... Thanks Frank !"

"I have been going to Marqueen Garage for over 18 years. While Kurt is no longer the owner, the service is still as honest, forthright, and as amazing as ever! They always make time for the services I need for my car and are never condescending or rude. And being a woman who knows nothing about cars, that is a huge deal in of itself!I have been through 2 cars with them and have always received incredibly fair and impeccable service. After my last vehicle was totaled, I am now looking for a new(used) car. I have repeatedly gone to Nate for advice and to inspect the various cars I'm looking at....all free of charge and with a smile! These folks are so helpful and I would trust them with my first born. This place is a gem atop Queen Anne hill. I cannot imagine going anywhere else EVER."

The team at Made in Japan did a through inspection and did not try to up sell with any unnecessary repairs. I trust these guys and will continue using them for all of our vehicles. Highly recommended based on honest service and reasonable prices."
