The counter attendant didn't ask when I would like to pick up my car, instead, she asked if I were in a rush, and I said, No, thinking that it might be 3 hours instead of the 2 hours I was initially told was the outside limit. But what the attendant didn't tell me was that my car would be pushed to the back of the line! Lesson Learned. Downtown Auto does excellent work, but be super-specific on the pick-up time."
