"My E class broke down last Sunday in Henderson, Neveda and took a chance to tow to their shop rather than the local dealer, since towing to Los Angeles would prove costly. I had left key in their key drop since they were closed and had to return to Los Angeles. They diagnosed and called and updated me while in Los Angles then repaired minimally what was needed to drive the car back home to LA. It turned out that it only needed a new key. And they fully inspected the car more thorough than the dealer but gave no pressure for the additional items. More importantly I was able to trust them even though I had to return to Los Angeles and made payment by phone for the final invoice. Returned to Neveda this past Saturday (1 week later) to pick up the car that was conveniently parked in front of their shop for me to simply drive off"
