"I have a good level of trust with the personnel here which is vital, at least for me in this business. What I don't like is always having to charge a diagnostic fee of nearly $100 every time the check engine light comes on. What happened to the days of old where you brought it into the shop and the Master Tech through experience would usually know what the problem is. The diagnostic tool should almost be used at the shops expense to ensure the correct action item is repaired. Or at least apply the fee towards the repair costs."

"We were under many harsh time constraints. Our car was towed in around 10 AM on a Saturday. All work regarding a new starter was done by 2 PM."

Little things really add to the pleasant experience - for example, you actually remove my old sticker and re-apply the new one when you inspect my car!! "I don't think there is one thing that I could say that they could have done any better. Both Nick and Adam took the time necessary to analyze the problem and get it right the first time. I had my vehicle in to another shop several times and they just couldn't seem to figure out the problem. That is when I started searching for a different mechanic and found Pro Service. They took care of us and our vehicle is running great and I'm happy. When I looked at the invoice I noticed that just a small part of the bill went towards labor. I don't think that has happened ever! Real nice that they have a loaner car too! I am thankful to have finally found a mechanic that I know I can trust and I will be recommending them to my friends."
