"I have my BMW and Audi serviced at Eastside Bavarian. We all know how much dealerships charge for services once the warranty expires- that seems to be the embedded profit model for dealerships.
I am very happy with Bavarian. I feel that I can trust them and never have to doubt that whether they are doing a repair that is unnecessary or rip you off with unreasonable charges.
Unfortunately, I had to pay much more than what I was expecting to pay, but what needed to be done was done. Everyone that I have spoken so far at Eastside Bavarian is so courteous, professional and personable. I think the owners have nailed the value propositioning and found the right people to support the value prop. Thanks!
