"Thorough and fair. After getting a quote for a blown engine from my Jeep Dealer I decided to get a second opinion from Preferred. The result was the same - a blown engine and I was referred back to Jeep. However, it was also suggested that I contact Jeep Corp describing my situation and that sometimes Jeep Corp will cough up money to help pay for the expense. In my case, Jeep offered to pay 75% of a new engine. Had Preferred not given me the 2nd opinion and the suggestion to contact Jeep Corp, I would have paid the entire bill since my car was out of warranty. Thanks for the advice!"
