"Superb service. As a first-time customer, I had them do a timing belt and water pump replacement (which involved a lot of work) plus some exhaust system work, which by arrangement they sent out to a third party do. These women are true professionals, unlike so many places that just hire people off the street.They are knowledgeable, competent, and friendly. They actually think and analyze; they consider various approaches and use their experience and judgment when making recommendations, rather than just mindlessly looking up part numbers and quoting prices. Their shop rates are absolutely fair -- not cut-corners cheap and not uncomfortably expensive, and were actually substantially less than prices other shops had quoted me for the same work. The only drawback I can mention: Their ability to excel is, unfortunately, limited by their facility. It is TINY: 3 cars max with barely space to move. Many residential garages are bigger. There is no lift, only a basement level. Thus, an appointment is a must and you can't be in a hurry. Nonetheless, my wife and I are very happy we found AAC and we will be having them service all three of our cars."

"MD Automotive fixed a flat tire on my 2009 GMC Sierra in February 2014, but the flat patch slowly allowed air to escape. Chris happily took my truck into the service bay, and before I got comfortable in the Waiting Area he told me my tire patch was replaced and ready to go. I wasn't charged for the repair, and Chris even apologized for the inconvenience of having to bring my truck and tire in again. The Front Desk, Service Bay and Management Staff of MD Automotive are always courteous and friendly, and, more importantly, always provide honest and professional service. These guys are a dying breed. God bless them."

"I was in Escondido on business when My car decided not to start. Not knowing where to go, I found Brians shop on the computer. I had already gone to sears but without success, I made the appointment at Brians. This place is amazing, they replaced my starter in under 2hrs and had me back on the road. This is by far the most professional and efficient auto shop I've been to in years. Everyone was so nice and helpful, it was a pleasure doing business with them. I just wish they were closer to where I live so I could use them all the time. Not once did I have reason to question the integrity of this place. After being there for five minutes, I knew I was in the right place to get taken care of. Thank again guys, you all were great.
