"I have nothing but good things to say about pearl city auto works. My 2003 cadillac cts was misfiring really bad so I called the closest auto repair shop and it just happened to be this shop. I brought my car down and I figured it would be an expensive fix. Turns out even on this expensive island there are mechanics that do good work at an affordable price. The ladies that work customer service are just a bonus to the great technicians at pearl city auto works. They were very knowledgeable and informative when they were describing what was being worked on. Wrapping it up i strongly recommend this shop if you don't want to pay the outrageous prices at dealerships and want quality work done. Thanks for everything!"

"They are very fast. I've taken my vehicle in twice for some minor (but time consuming) repairs and they've always had it finished in a couple hours, even though I had no 'appointment' and the parking lot had lots of cars in it. The work all appears solid. I go to Roy Foster's because the place was suggested to me by a real "car person" who knows an incredible amount about car repair -- this person told me they were dependable and honest."

"It was a pleasure to use Jimmy's for our inspection--we are new here. My only criticism is that I arrived there promptly at 8:00 am and the front door was not open. I walked around back as well--the door to the bays was open but no one was around. Might I suggest that if you make 8:00 am with customers, please be open at that time and not 10 to 15 minutes late. Maybe the day I went was a one in a million event--not being open and ready to go. Thank you for being inthe area and for having such a nice shop and operation (otherwise)."

"As always I am pleased with the service and the quick turn around My only negative comment would be in terms of getting a discount. I asked when I brought in my car if there were any discounts being offered and I was told there wasn't. I had completely forgotten that I had rec'd a card from Concurs that I could have used for $75 off of the repairs, but couldn't find it. My brother in law wound up giving me his. Since the offer on the card was still valid, I would have greatly appreciated it if it had been been offered to me because if I had gotten the card from my brother in law it would have cost me the extra $75. I live on a very fixed income and this discount was very helpful."
