They explain what's going on, what the options are, and what they recommend...rare for an auto repair facility, they'll let you know if a given repair can wait (unlike other facilities where everything is a crisis that has to be handled yesterday). If it's a problem that should involve American Honda, they take the time to explain how to approach it."
