If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?
"Brought car in for shifting problems I thought wert related to Trans. So 1st off had oil changed. Received call stating car was ready. When my wife came and picked up car it still had the problem. So I asked to have mechanic go with me for a ride. He said he thought is was the engine and he would take the car back in the shop to diagnose the problem. He did and it was the engine (spark plug and wire were l loose) as he suspected, saving us a ton of money if we had just the Trans repaired. There was also no charge for his additional service. Your staff is very professional while being friendly. We will continue to bring our car to 59 auto."

"Craig did a very thorough and professional job. He was transparent about costs and delivered as promised. This appointment was delayed for about two months from when we originally tried to get in because the individual on the phone was extremely rude. This original interaction almost provoked us to seek another shop for our Pilot maintenance; however, we have historically had excellent service. This appointment was no different so we now chalk up the original appointment attempt to someone having a bad day."
