The staff (Peter) kept me apprised of the status of my repair; detailing the parts needed, the timeline for the repair and the cost. I was very pleased with the turn-around time (from drop off to pick up) and the cost was reasonable. I will continue to schedule my vehicle maintenance and repairs with T&C. Rod's was highly recommended by a friend, so I was expecting a better experience. It also took over an hour for an oil change, which I felt was excessive.
