There are two main things that I appreciate: they do the work right and they don't gouge or charge for unneeded things. I asked them to service my differential on my Suburban and they reported to me that it didn't need servicing yet, that it looked good. Unfortunately, many shops would have done the service, that I didn't need, and charged me for it. I appreciate their honesty and will use them from now on."

"Great shop. There are different from any other repair shop I have visited. The offices are very clean and smell good. The staff was super friendly and actually seemed to care about my needs. They told me when they would look at my vehicle. They called me with the diagnosis as well as the cost, time to repair and when my vehicle would be ready. No hard selling or anything. They did explain some future needs so I could plan and budget for the. It was actually quite simple. I thought pricing was fair and they were very convenient for me. They also picked me up when my vehicle was ready."
