"Had my Chrysler 300 in for a brake flush and to see if they could find a coolant leak. They found the leak but did not even charge me to fix it."

"To start the communication seemed to be off. I called before I arrived to get some information, ask questions and explain what I thought I needed. Told the person that I was on the way. When I arrived, about 15 mins later, it was as if I had never called. No one was aware that I was on the way. The wait was a little longer than I expected, since I was told I could be seen as soon as I arrived. This is to be expected, so I was prepared to wait but I was offered a ride. I decided to stay until I knew what was found. That was the only issue. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowable. Once the diagnostic was complete the repair was quick. The problem ended up being something different than what I was previously told by I different shop. I’m happy to say that I haven’t had any other issues, the work was well done and worth the wait."
